Social Media Login Data: We collect certain profile information from Google when you register using your Google account, including your name and email address.

Google API: Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We process your information to: facilitate account creation and authentication, deliver and facilitate our Services, send administrative information to you, fulfill and manage your orders and subscriptions, and save or protect an individual's vital interest.

We only process your personal information when we have a valid legal reason to do so. For EU and UK users, we rely on: Consent, Performance of a Contract, Legal Obligations, and Vital Interests. For Canadian users, we rely on express or implied consent.

We use the following third-party service providers: Stripe (payments), Google (authentication), Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI content generation), Resend (email), and Sentry (error monitoring).

Yes. We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management, and analytics cookies via Vercel Analytics. You can set your browser to remove or reject cookies, though this may affect certain features.

6. DO WE OFFER AI-BASED PRODUCTS?

Yes. We offer AI-powered content generation and personalization through Anthropic. Your listing details and inputs are processed by Anthropic to generate captions. Our AI Products are designed for content generation and personalization.

7. HOW DO WE HANDLE SOCIAL LOGINS?

Our Services allow you to register and log in using your Google account. We receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We use this information only for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.

8. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

Our servers are located in the United States. If you are located in the EU, UK, or elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. We take all necessary measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Notice and applicable law.

9. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We keep your personal information for as long as you have an account with us. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it.

10. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures including encrypted data transmission via HTTPS, secure third-party authentication, encrypted database storage via Supabase, and PCI-compliant payment processing through Stripe. However, no electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

11. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under 18, please contact us at northkeymarketing@gmail.com

13. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
